Easter is just around the corner and I’m sure most of you are busy planning ways to spend the glorious five day long weekend, but the only thing on my mind is chocolate!

My Easter chocolate of choice has always been the Lindt chocolate bunny. It’s hard to believe that this cute little thing was born in 1952. To this day, every bunny is still polished by hand and crowned with a signature red and gold collar. I love the chocolate bunnies so much, most years I haven’t the heart to eat them. You should see my collection over the years…

This year, Lindt has also introduced ‘Bugs and Bees’, a new range of chocolates with a hazelnut and rice crisp filling. Next to the peanut butter Lindor ball, it’s probably my favourite Lindt chocolate of late.
