It was really well made. The brulee tart was beautiful, the toffee was crisp and the custard just still hot inside. It didn’t taste burnt at all, although it does look it in the photo. The only thing that made me cringe was the Turkish Delight – which were like fruit jubes. Totally surprised by the drop in quality in just a week!

i can now see the plating is a little different, but what about tastewise? I thought is aweful, everything taste “cheap”. Your brulee tart is burnt by the looks of it, I’d have sent it back to kitchen and ask for a new one.

Just went to tried the desserts because I came across your lovely photos! Thanks heaps! It was one of the better sugar hits I’ve tried in recent years. The Sheraton on the park was awful~~ what a lucky find this was!
