Lovers of gourmet pizza, prick your ears.

Peri Peri - Chicken Breast Fillets, Shallots, Roasted Capsicum, Caramelised Onions & Bocconcini, topped with Peri-Peri sauce $20 Large
Crust Gourmet Pizza is taking Australia by storm. With stores popping up in key surburbs all over Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, Crust’s hook is in their fresh gourmet ingredients – take that! Pizza Hut. A few even have the Heart Foundation’s tick of approval (although I’m not so sure it’s such a great measure considering McDonalds, Milo and Fruit Fix are also on that list).
We are regular Crust go-ers – their piping hot pizzas are great for lazy nights in and when we have company over. There’s also plenty of flavours to choose from – our favourites so far have been the Aussie, Peri Peri, Magherita and Proscuitto.
At $20+ for a large pizza, it is not the cheapest takeaway pizza around but there is free home delivery thrown in!

Peri Peri - Chicken Breast Fillets, Shallots, Roasted Capsicum, Caramelised Onions & Bocconcini, topped with Peri-Peri sauce

Aussie - Ham, Bacon, Egg Large $15

Prosciutto - Prosciutto, Roma Tomatoes, Garlic, topped with Shaved Parmesan & Wild Rocket Large $20

There are toofer vouchers in the Entertainment book for this place.
However, there are a number of good places. They’re just not francised like Crust is.
Yeah, that’s the thing with franchises, once you’ve had one, you know what to expect at every other one. There’s a great gourmet pizza place in Thornleigh (think it’s called Christinas) that’s superb but it’s just 20 minutes too far
OOhh haven’t had crust in a while mmm and their peri peri is the bomb isn’t it!
And Yeahhh Hoegaarden! That’s what I’m talking abouuttt
Good to see that their toppings go pretty close to the edge and looks like a decent amount! I keep wanting to try them out but haven’t had the chance to!
Love Crust!
Haven’t had it in ages . . I feel a craving starting up.
Glad to know there are other Crust fans out there. Beer and pizza go together, there’s no other way around it.
Couldn’t agree more with your Ms Taste. Beer and pizza are a fantastic combination.
Crust is pretty good in my books. the Peri Peri is my husband’s favourite. i quite like the ricotta spinach one, and the Philly cheesesteak is delicious (though about as far as you can get from a traditional pizza!).
i also like that they do gluten free bases! hooray!
