		<description>I think you can get both from this recipe. When the cookies just turn golden brown, I take them out of the oven. They should be quite soft to touch and will harden a little bit when cooled but still have a nice soft chewiness to it. If you leave them for longer in the oven, they will be crunchier. It also helps to &#039;crisp&#039; them if you roll out the dough quite thin.</description>
